Cancellation Policy
Consumers have a thirty-day right of withdrawal.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (DH-Reitsport, Wüsteweg 16, 09235 Burkhardtsdorf, Germany, info@dh-reitsport.de, Phone: 03721 - 3292990) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within thirty days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than thirty days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of thirty days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Special Notes
If you finance this contract through a loan and later revoke it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement if both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly the case if we are your lender at the same time or if your lender uses our cooperation with regard to the financing. If the loan has already been disbursed to us at the time the revocation becomes effective, your lender shall enter into our rights and obligations from the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the revocation or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign currencies, or derivatives).
If you want to avoid a contractual commitment as far as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also revoke the loan agreement if you are entitled to a right of withdrawal for it.
