Cancellation Policy
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods or has.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (DH-Reitsport, Wüsteweg 16, 09235 Burkhardtsdorf, Germany, info@dh-reitsport, Phone: 03721 - 3292990 ) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.

Special Notes
If you finance this contract through a loan and later revoke it, you are no longer bound by the loan contract if both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly to be assumed if we are your lender at the same time or if your lender makes use of our cooperation with regard to financing. If the loan has already been credited to us at the time of the effectiveness of the revocation, your lender enters into our rights and obligations from the financed contract in relation to you regarding the legal consequences of the revocation or return. This does not apply if the present contract has as its object the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives).
If you want to avoid a contractual commitment as far as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also revoke the loan agreement if you are entitled to a right of withdrawal for it.
