Shipping

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, any applicable taxes and customs duties must be borne by you. Shipping costs, cash-on-delivery fees, taxes, and duties cannot be reimbursed.

For orders over €99, we offer free shipping within Germany (up to 5kg weight & for items under 120cm in length)! For large products or higher item weights, shipping costs may be added, and these will be displayed before completing the purchase. Shipping costs may also vary for trial items (as return is included), and this is outlined in the product description; costs will be shown before completing the purchase.

Shipping Costs (insured shipping, up to 5kg weight & items under 120cm in length)

Shipping costs include loading and packaging fees as well as postage costs. Loading fees are fixed, while transportation costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend combining multiple items in one order. We cannot merge two different orders, and shipping costs will be calculated separately for each order. Your package is usually shipped insured, but we reserve the right to ship goods at your own risk depending on the chosen shipping option. Fragile goods are handled with special care.
